Terms & Conditions

By booking a mobile charcuterie service with 333 Charcuterie Ln (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Service Agreement

• Service Scope: We provide mobile charcuterie and dessert services for events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. The service includes mobile cart or styled set up, food for the agreed-upon event menu for guaranteed number of guests, all serving vessels, boards (small events), display elements, setup and breakdown within agreed timeframe, and on-site service staff (if applicable to package). 


• Booking and Confirmation: All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only when the client receives a confirmation email from us, along with an invoice for the service.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposits: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total booking fee is required to confirm your booking. The balance and final guest count is due no later than 30 days before the event date.

• Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event with a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made after this time is subject to a non-refundable deposit.

• Rescheduling:  Clients may request to reschedule their service up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.  If the new date is available, the original deposit will be applied to the new date. If the Provider is unavailable for the new date, the request will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once the booking is confirmed unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy. If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the event’s location, timing, and number of guests. Client agrees to provide a general estimate of anticipated number of guests upon booking.  A final guaranteed guest count is required 14 days prior to the start of their event date. This figure will serve as the minimum for final billing and is not subject to reduction.  Any changes to the event must be communicated promptly. 

• Venue Access: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides appropriate access for our team to set up the charcuterie cart, including parking and unloading space.

• Health & Safety: The client must inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements before the event. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the food served.

4. Event Modifications

• Menu Customization: We offer customizable menus, but any major changes to the agreed-upon menu must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event.


• Additional Charges: Any additional services or requests (e.g.,premium garnishes, custom-themed décor, add-ons) that occur after the initial booking will be subject to additional charges.

5. Food Quality and Handling

• Freshness Guarantee: We commit to providing high-quality, fresh ingredients. All items are sourced from trusted suppliers. However, the client acknowledges that certain food items may be sensitive to temperature or time.

• Storage and Consumption: We recommend consuming food within 2 hours of setup. We are not responsible for any food spoilage or contamination once the food has been served to guests.

6. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold 333 Charcuterie Ln harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event or the services provided.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

8. Photography and Promotion

• Consent: By booking our services, the client agrees to allow us to take photographs of the charcuterie cart for promotional purposes, which may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

• Client Privacy: Any personal information provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booking and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will apply to future bookings.
